If you are looking for a Bridge Club, I cannot recommend Fyfield too highly, as you will receive a very warm welcome and play a decent standard of duplicate Bridge. On my arrival I was made to feel so welcome and appreciated, and after several months of playing at the club, I still feel the same way. One committee member is responsible for finding partners for solo players, and she has worked indefatigably to ensure that I have had partners for the vast majority of games. From the moment I made contact I was assured of a friendly welcome. I moved to Shelley last October I wanted to join a Bridge Club but was a little apprehensive, as some clubs can be rather unfriendly and intimidating.įyfield Bridge Club is completely the opposite.
